John Brown editors up for BSME gongs

Editorial staff from five John Brown-published titles have been shortlisted for the 2009 BSME (British Society of Magazine Editors) Awards.

This follows the very strong showing for John Brown at the 2009 APA (Association of Publishing Agency) Awards, announced on this website earlier in the month.

Editor of the year (customer magazines, business readership)
Kate Cornish for Roger
Matt Potter for Business Sense

Editor of the year (customer magazines, consumer readership)
William Sitwell for Waitrose Food Illustrated

Editor of the year (youth magazines)
Helen Ward for e.kids

Art Director of the year (business magazines)
Richard Spellman for Teachers


The BSME Awards will be presented at the London Hilton on Tuesday 10 November.
